No. Syla reads the material your professor already gave you and helps you find, understand, and keep track of it. It does not sit exams, write submissions, or act as you anywhere. There is nothing here your syllabus doesn’t want you doing. It is the studying.
No. Syla never touches your school’s systems. It reads your own course pages through your own browser, the same way you do, and your instructor is never shown anything.
If your school runs Canvas, Brightspace, Blackboard, or Moodle, Syla works there, and about nine in ten US colleges run one of those. It needs nothing from your school: no approval, no integration, no IT ticket. Your own logged-in session is the whole connection.
Never. The extension uses the session already open in your browser, so your password is never seen, asked for, or stored. You pick which classes it can read, and nothing is ever submitted, posted, or changed on your school’s site.
